Work culture- obviously proven to be less than desirable by some of the silly posts about one of the managers on here about his beauty and prowess.
Life Balance- if there was flexible scheduling it was never offered to me. I put in 12 to 14 to 16+ hours at this company in peak times. I worked a string of Sundays and many hours overtime from the beginning of working at this company to the end of my employment there. I worked these hours without pay and without comp time. Burnout is easy to achieve in the IT industry though so be careful with this particular employer. Make sure you know your limits and have a healthy work to life balance or they will take serious advantage.
Advice for Newcomers:
If your emotion or mental maturity is not fully developed, this is the company for you. Good company for people in their 20′s, not a good company for mid career individuals.
